When we needed to change rooms for our meeting, Ishmael went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even when we lost our key, they restored it for free without any issues. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options. The water park was fantastic, with very few people and no long queues. It was the perfect place to relax and have fun with the family, and my wife was extremely happy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty and impeccable cleanliness of this resort. The beach and aqua park were absolutely mind-blowing, especially for our children who had a blast in the water games. The breakfast and dinner spread was beyond our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious food. Despite being fully booked, the hotel didn't miss a beat. The staff, especially Mr. Mahrous, took care of everything and made our stay truly special. We even got a free room upgrade from the friendly receptionists. The VIP dinner was an absolute delight, with great food and no massive crowds. We also enjoyed the diving and snorkeling activities, as well as the thrilling rides at the watermark. My wife's massage was top-notch too. We are absolutely impressed and can't wait to come back again and again. Keep it up!

We had a great few days at Blend Club Aqua Resort. The location was perfect and we appreciated the free parking. Our room was huge and fairly quiet, with a lovely garden view, and we also had access to wake-up service. It was convenient to have Senzo Mall just a 15-minute drive away.

Great experience during our Easter holiday! The aqua park was a blast, especially for the kids. They had so much fun going down the slides and playing in the pools. The beach location was perfect, and we enjoyed snorkeling and seeing all the beautiful fish and sea life. Another advantage was the convenience of the central location, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Plus, the staff were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

I had a blast enjoying the free aqua park and dancing fountain show. Snorkelling on the beach was great, until they told me I couldn't wear my cotton bikini in the pool.
